Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health professional in PA
• Experience in outpatient therapy and case management
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, medical providers, schools, and other professionals as needed.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, trainings, and opportunities for professional development.
• Bring creativity, compassion, and authenticity into your clinical work every day.
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (min. 25 clients).
