Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Frisco, TX seeks an Outpatient Therapist to help expand access to quality mental health care. You’ll work within a values-driven clinic environment focused on authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, creating treatment plans, documenting sessions, maintaining a 25+ client weekly caseload for full-time, and collaborating with case managers, families, schools, and healthcare professionals

Formación

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science from an accredited program.
• Clinical licensure required (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement a treatment plan; complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• For full-time clinicians, maintain a minimum 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school personnel, and other staff.
