Job summary

NFS is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to work on-site at one of our five Massachusetts locations. Full-time salaried roles offer stable compensation with the potential for an hourly incentive and a Stay-on Bonus after probation.

You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and medical partners while maintaining thorough EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Independent clinical license within 2 years.
• Current MA license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
