Job summary

CATCH Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for adults and children on a fee-for-service contract with a minimum 20 hours per week.

You’ll choose your hours from in-person, telehealth evenings, and telehealth Saturdays, with pay that grows as your caseload increases. You’ll work with a collaborative clinical team, conduct intake assessments, provide crisis intervention, document promptly, and manage billing workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in counseling, MFT, psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient or partial hospital settings.
• CBH credentialing eligibility expected.

Responsibilities

• Determine the right treatment approach for each client and carry out individual treatment plans with a collaborative clinical team.
• Conduct intake assessments and preliminary diagnoses for new clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, including emergency assessments and determining disposition.
• Keep documentation accurate and on time, in line with CBH and state standards.
• Manage your schedule in our electronic health records system, and clear alerts and failed claims as they come up.
• Submit billing documentation on time and flag insurance changes to the front desk.
• Complete discharge and transfer summaries and keep us updated on availability.
