Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our behavioral health team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and mission-driven clinic that values holistic and inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions
• Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs
• Collaboratively develop and update treatment plans every 6 months
• Administer and document empirically validated assessments
• Participate in monthly clinical and administrative supervision
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health treatment
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring diagnoses and diverse gender identities/sexual orientations
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care
• 15 vacation days (increases to 20 after 1 year)
