The role offers flexible, part-time hours with autonomy to manage your own caseload, supported by a professional team and administrative assistance to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Pennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, outcomes, discharge summaries, intake assessments).
• Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain compliance with agency, state, and professional standards.

Education

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
