Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks caring, experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our New York team. Full-time roles offer a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after probation. Hybrid schedule, strong clinical supervision, and multilingual opportunities.

Provide services to youth, adults, and families with evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include collaboration with clients to leverage strengths, independent scheduling, and adherence to NFS policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in NY required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families.
• Excellent time-management skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to youth, adults, and families.

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. Compensation
Full- Time:

• $70,000 -$80,000

Premiums Paid For

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one\'s own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver\’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
