Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Jasper, GA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide individualized case management and clinical duties including referrals, assessments, individual, group and family counseling, and crisis intervention. The role also involves supervising other therapists in the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
• One or more years’ experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely, compliant clinical documentation and billing following HRBH policies.
• Case management and clinical responsibilities including assessments, individual, family and group counseling, and crisis intervention; maintains a caseload.
• Takes ownership for stakeholder satisfaction by timely communication with referral sources and advocacy as needed.
• Utilizes evidence-based interventions and develops comprehensive plans of care based on individuals' needs.
• Provides administrative supervision to clinicians, including coaching, audits, and staff evaluations; handles hiring/termination and scheduling.
• Promotes cohesion and teamwork between programs; assists in running the clinic with the Clerical Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
