Family Service Rochester is seeking full and part-time master’s level therapists to join their outpatient clinic. The ideal candidates will provide a range of clinical services, including DBT, in a supportive environment that values professional growth and diversity. We are seeking full and part-time master’s level therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. As a therapist at FSR, you can expect to work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Our therapists are provided with numerous opportunities for professional growth as well as specialized training in evidenced based practices. At FSR, our therapists have the opportunity to practice across the lifespan, providing a wide range of clinical services including group, couples, family and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.
Our ideal candidate has an enthusiastic desire to be a team member on our state certified comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP) providing DBT services that strongly adhere to the fidelity of the model as well as a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and experience working with diverse populations.
Applicants must have completed or are on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota.
