We are seeking full and part-time master’s level therapists to join our growing outpatient clinic. As a therapist at FSR, you will work as part of a supportive team with opportunities for professional growth and specialized training in evidence-based practices. Our therapists provide a range of clinical services across the lifespan, including group, couples, family, and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working on our state-certified comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP), providing services that adhere closely to the fidelity of the model, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and experience with diverse populations.
Applicants must have completed or be on track for LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in Minnesota.
