CenClear is hiring a Mental Health Outpatient and/or SUD Therapist in Clearfield, PA. The role combines MH OP and SUD services for individuals and families, with options for full-time or part-time positions focused on MH OP or SUD only.

The ideal candidate will work with youth and adolescents when needed and meet PA licensure requirements. The position offers a 40-hour week for the combined role or up to 30 hours for part-time tracks, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate-level clinical degree with an accredited practicum.
• Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and SUD therapy to individuals and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to applicable state funding regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain communication within the multidisciplinary treatment team and with families.
• Participate in trainings and supervision; pursue ongoing professional development.
• Attend psychiatric supervision sessions twice monthly.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health and substance use disorder services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. For Mental Health Outpatient services, we are especially seeking a therapist who is willing and able to work with younger children, youth, and adolescents.This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care.

What You'll Do:

• Work in a combined full-time MH OP/SUD role at 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, or in a separate part-time MH OP-only or SUD-only role up to 30 hours per week; some evenings may be required.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
• Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
• Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
• Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
• Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
• Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
• Attend required psychiatric supervision twice a month

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT; or
• Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United Stated Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.; or
• Has a bachelor's degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the CHEA in a recognized clinical discipline including social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies; and
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
• For MH OP applicants, willingness and ability to provide therapy to younger children, youth, and adolescents.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
