Job summary

CenClear is seeking Family Based Mental Health Therapists (Bachelor Level) to provide in-home therapy and case management for youth aged 4 to 21 in a community-based setting in Clearfield County. The role supports families to stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports with a strength-based approach.

You will work with a treatment team, document care, and participate in on-call coverage. CenClear offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a full-time, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (psychology, counseling or social work).
• Training in ESFT is a plus.
• Must obtain PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate before hire.

About the Role:

CenClear's Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) program needs dedicated therapists to help families stay together, build resilience, and access essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approach focuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-home placements.

As a therapist, you'll provide case management, crisis intervention, and clinical therapy for individuals aged 4 to 21, working closely with a treatment team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field including psychology, counseling or social work
• Training in family therapy and specifically Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plus
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
