Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in an OR, ASC, or perioperative setting.
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless patient care by occasionally assisting at other clinic locations as needed.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures, including setting up sterile fields, supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs and passing instruments.
• Verify case setup requirements and ensure all necessary equipment is available.
• Perform surgical counts (instruments, sponges, sharps) to maintain patient safety.
• Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling and transfer.
