Applicants should have a CST credential from a CAAHEP/ABHES accredited program, be eligible for NY certs, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Graduate from a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program with CST certification.
• New York State licensure/certification requirements must be met.
• Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handles instruments, supplies and equipment during ambulatory procedures.
• Maintains sterile technique and assists surgeons and nurses intra-operatively.
• Prepares and decontaminates instruments and assists with post-procedure care.
• Follows hospital policies on infection control and safety.
