Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Outpatient Surgery RN for a 13-week assignment in St. Helena, CA, Napa Valley. The role focuses on endoscopy, pre-op, and PACU Phase II care on a fast-paced perioperative team.

The position offers a weekday schedule with 4×10-hour days, start times 5:30–11:00 AM, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment. CA outpatient surgery experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Endoscopy experience is required.
• Experience in Pre-Op and PACU Phase II.
• Moderate sedation and rapid patient turnover experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the outpatient surgical process.
• Care for pre-op, recovery, and Phase II PACU patients.
• Assist with endoscopy procedures and perioperative workflows.
• Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families before discharge.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care.
