LifeStream is seeking an Outpatient Supervisor for the WIN clinic in Leesburg, FL to ensure smooth, compliant day-to-day operations across the site. You will oversee staff schedules, safety, and readiness while coordinating administrative processes and supporting high-quality services for adults 18+.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory or logistical support role, with preference for health and behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/operational roles in healthcare or human services.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DCF, Medicaid, CARF is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor staff adherence to procedures including client supervision and scheduling.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to address maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintain supplies inventory and coordinate ordering and distribution.
• Support transportation, meals, and logistics tied to client care.
• Assist onboarding of new employees to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with dignity, respect and equal opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Job Purpose

The WIN clinic provides primary care services to anyone over the age of 18. The clinic provides comprehensive medical services ranging from physicals to treating illness and injuries such as colds and flu; infections; diabetes; high blood pressure; and health screenings. The Outpatient Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day functioning of program operations across one or more designated sites. This includes supervising staff schedules, monitoring facility safety and readiness, coordinating logistical and administrative processes, and supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality services to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and ensure staff adherence to established procedures, including client supervision, documentation, and scheduling protocols.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of facilities to identify and address maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering, stocking, and distribution as needed.
• Support the coordination of transportation, meals, and other logistics tied to client care or daily program functions.
• Assist with orienting new employees to operational protocols and site-specific procedures.
• Ability to comply with the regulations requiring a workplace of dignity and respect and equal employment opportunity compliance.
• Any other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an operational, supervisory, or logistical support role, preferably in a human services or healthcare setting. Experience working in behavioral health, residential programs, or social services preferred. Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, DCF, DBHDD, Medicaid, CARF) is a plus.
• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently. Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records systems. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of current behavioral health practices, standards, and regulations. Ability to assess and address the needs of patients and staff in a dynamic outpatient setting.
