Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an Outpatient Supervisor for the WIN clinic in Leesburg, FL to ensure smooth, compliant day-to-day operations across the site. You will oversee staff schedules, safety, and readiness while coordinating administrative processes and supporting high-quality services for adults 18+.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory or logistical support role, with preference for health and behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/operational roles in healthcare or human services.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DCF, Medicaid, CARF is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor staff adherence to procedures including client supervision and scheduling.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to address maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintain supplies inventory and coordinate ordering and distribution.
• Support transportation, meals, and logistics tied to client care.
• Assist onboarding of new employees to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with dignity, respect and equal opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
