A Caring Alternative LLC in Morganton, NC is seeking a full-time behavioral health professional with a bachelor’s degree in a related Human Services field and CADC certification. You will support adults, adolescents and children through outpatient services, group activities, and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field.
• CADC certification is required.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumers’ PCPs and Crisis Plan from clinical assessment and input.
• Ensure service authorizations are complete in the EMR for billing.
• Complete intake/annual documents including service agreements and releases.
• Provide case management and link consumers to community resources and entitlements.
• Develop and implement group materials and lesson plans.
• Monitor group sessions, lead groups, and assess safety with team input.
