Qualifications

• Licensure or certification as MH/DD/SA professional per NC guidelines.
• Master’s degree in a human service field with post-graduate MH/DD/SA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with two years MH/DD/SA experience.
• CADC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans and goals for caseload.
• Document service notes reflecting clinical services.
• Ensure compliance with member safety and rights.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and case management.
• Facilitate group counseling and educational sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
• Demonstrate timely, clear documentation of care.
• Participate in weekly staffing and supervision meetings.
• May provide case management duties for members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
