Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Missouri licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMSW, PLPC, or Psychologist.
• Experience leading, mentoring, supervising, or supporting clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, assessment, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient substance use disorder services and promote clinical excellence.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to therapists.
• Facilitate staffing meetings, treatment reviews, and diagnostic discussions.
• Monitor documentation, service delivery, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and continuing education for staff.
• Collaborate with providers and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
