Gottsche Performance & Longevity Centers in Basin, WY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver outpatient services, evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, voice, and related disorders.

The role emphasizes developing individualized plans, collaboration with physicians and caregivers, and program development as the practice expands. Wyoming licensure and ASHA CCC (or CF) are required; CEUs, supervision for SLPAs, and adherence to ethics are expected.

Formación

• Wyoming licensure required or eligible
• ASHA CCC (or CF) required/participation in CF track
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outpatient speech-language pathology services
• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable goals
• Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, and AAC
• Educate patients, caregivers and families
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and referral sources
• Maintain compliant documentation and coding
