Job summary

Weston County Health Services is seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups. You will collaborate with families, educators and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure outcomes align with patient goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and Wyoming licensure, with a patient-centered approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or equivalent.
• Valid Wyoming State license to practice as a Speech Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in one-on-one or group settings.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
