Job summary

MercyOne Genesis, part of MercyOne Health System, seeks an Outpatient Services Manager to lead patient care delivery in the Emergency, Trauma, Emergency Preparedness and Cardiopulmonary departments. The role involves directing resources and ensuring regulatory compliance under hospital guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with licensure as RN in Iowa.
• Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction for the practice and delivery of patient care in Emergency, Trauma, Emergency Preparedness and Cardiopulmonary departments.
• Oversee management of human and material resources in accordance with hospital guidelines and regulations.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaborative relationships; use data-driven performance improvement strategies; promote evidence-based practice.
