• Experience: More than 3 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for the practice and delivery of patient care in the Emergency, Trauma, Emergency Preparedness and Cardiopulmonary departments.
• Oversee management of human and material resources in accordance with hospital, state and federal regulations.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaborative relationships; using critical thinking, designing/implementing performance improvement strategies based on data.
