The Program Manager provides leadership and strategic planning for the facility, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the community needs and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health and Human Service required.
• At least 1 year experience in a mental health setting with children/adolescents.
• At least 1 year administrative experience supervising clinicians.
• Must possess a clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-S, LPC-A, PMH-NP).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of an organized clinical services program.
• Maintain compliance with clinical program policy manual.
• Allocate qualified staff resources per approved FTE guidelines.
• Ensure hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations follow hospital policy with HR input.
• Oversee supervision and timely staff evaluations per facility policy.
