University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Mental Health Tech Supervisor to help maintain program integrity across inpatient units and support nursing administration, ensuring safe, high-quality care. You will mentor staff, oversee patient management and milieu schedules, support audits and training initiatives, and participate in department meetings to boost performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in behavioral sciences or 60 college credits, or HS diploma with 1 year full-time mental health experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old; Bachelor's degree preferred in behavioral sciences.

Responsibilities

• Train lead MHTs and mentor staff.
• Assist in patient management, program oversight, and ensure patient safety and crisis management.
• Ensure milieu schedules are followed and documentation is submitted.
• Demonstrate time management, organization, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
• Lead departmental trainings and participate in audits; conduct departmental meetings.
