Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, secure, and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff through active presence and engagement.
• Conduct regular rounds of the Outpatient facility to ensure safety, address hazards, and monitor behavioral or environmental concerns.
• Respond to behavioral incidents or emergencies using trauma-informed, non-coercive approaches.
• Monitor building access and ensure adherence to program safety and security procedures.
• Report and document incidents, safety concerns, and observations promptly per policies.
• Conduct wellness checks as needed and maintain a clean, orderly environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights at all times.
• Know and apply fire and disaster procedures.
