Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid RN license.
• No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in spine and/or cranial procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote healing environment and patient safety.
• Educate patients/families on care management.
• Collaborate on care plans and communicate effectively across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
