Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, educate patients and families, and advocate for holistic, safe, high-quality care.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote patient safety in a hospital or homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure.
• No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background.
• Promotes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Educates patients and families on post-treatment care, medication administration, and health management.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and advocate for holistic care.
