Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• 1 year clinic or acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following established standards and procedures.
• Obtain patient consent and maintain confidentiality.
• Document health history, chief complaint, vitals, and risk factors; assess condition.
• Provide care based on guidelines, standards of care, and laws.
• Administer medications; monitor treatment progress; consult physicians as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health status, maintenance, and management.
• Document data using medical records or systems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care.
• Track quality assurance data for care management.
