The Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) position at the Freeport VA Clinic in Freeport, IL, delivers evidence-based outpatient care to patients and oversees LPNs and nursing assistants. The role includes coordinating nursing education, orientation, and competency development, plus contributing to quality improvement and outcomes utilization.
Ideal candidates will be licensed registered nurses with ADN/BSN preparation and a strong focus on patient-centered care within a Veterans Affairs
Competenze
- English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved and accredited by recognized bodies.
- Current, full, active, unrestricted RN license in US state/territory or DC; GNT exception may apply.
