Job summary

Naval Health Clinic in Lemoore, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse - Outpatient to coordinate patient care with a broad healthcare team and lead nursing services in a fast-paced military clinic.

The role requires an ACEN/CCNE-accredited nursing degree, current RN license, BLS certification, and the ability to pass a government background check. Competitive base pay with excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• A minimum of one year post-graduate RN experience (36-44 hours per week) within the last 2 years.
• Current, full, active RN license in any state.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with a broad team of healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Lead the team to ensure quality patient care and adequate staffing for clinic functions.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as ordered by the provider.
• Triage patients and manage referrals, schedules and follow-ups as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and ensure compliance with policies.
