Responsibilities

• Makes daily clinical assignments based on staff availability and patient needs.
• Assess the clinical competence of teammates and inform the manager of clinical issues.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of supplies, equipment and medications.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for care plans individualized to the patient.
