Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multi-state licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, and perform nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate outpatient care.
• Provide care within the full scope of nursing practice and maintain licensure requirements.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice.
