Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Program Manager to lead diverse rehab and wellness services across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. You will serve as the go‑to person for residents, families, and staff while coordinating scheduling and clinical operations.

The role offers full‑time, part‑time and PRN opportunities with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings, and a supportive team that fosters professional growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the building as Program Manager, providing patient care while coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling.
• Serve as liaison for Area Manager and collaborate with staff to support resident care.
