• Perform patient data collection and adjust treatment plans accordingly, documenting findings accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care needs.
• Administer medications following prescriptions or approved protocols.
• Assist with emergency responses and ensure laboratory procedures are correctly performed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update assessments and care plans.
• Serve as a resource, participate in staff training, and ensure safe and effective therapy delivery.
