Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association seeks an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) CAP 1 to provide competent dialysis patient care in Lima, Ohio. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate, coordinating with the End Stage Kidney Disease team and leading quality improvements.

Responsibilities include data collection around dialysis sessions, patient education, medication administration, staff training, and documentation updates while pursuing CAP advancement and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience; dialysis experience preferred.
• Minimum of 9 months RN experience and 3 months dialysis experience for supervision roles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, moving patients, standing for long periods, and handling equipment.
