Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the care team, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient needs.

You will be the primary liaison among patients, families, providers and staff, advocating for patient satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This full-time role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and commitment to ongoing learning and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• RN license current in state (or multi-state compact).
• Associate degree in nursing or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions; assist with care planning and delivery.
• Coordinate patient flow; document assessments, care, and incidents.

Qualifications:
