Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Medical Radiologic Technologist to join a busy outpatient radiology department in Syracuse, NY. This full-time role involves general radiography, DEXA, and C-arm imaging in the OR, with focus on patient care and safety.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive hourly compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiography is required.
• Current ARRT certification and registration are required.
• Active licensure as required by state.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and provide patient care under supervision.
• Prepare patients and position for radiology procedures.
• Operate radiology equipment and adjust exposures for quality images.
• Perform General Radiography, DEXA, and C-arm imaging in the OR.
• Review images for quality and diagnostic completeness before submission.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Maintain sterile technique in the OR with C-arm.
• Support PACS, RIS, and EMS system workflows and department needs.
