Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Medical Radiologic Technologist for an outpatient radiology role in Syracuse, NY. The position involves general radiography, DEXA, and C-arm procedures in the operating room, with patient-centered care and strict safety standards.

New graduates are welcome to apply. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits in a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Medical Radiography is required.
• Current ARRT certification and registration is required.
• Active licensure as required by the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• New Rad Tech graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review physician orders under supervision.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and position them correctly.
• Operate radiology equipment and adjust exposure settings for high-quality images.
• Perform imaging procedures in General Radiography, DEXA, and assist with C-arm imaging in the OR.
• Review images for technical quality and completeness before submission.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Medical Radiography

Current ARRT certification and registration

Active licensure as required
