Job summary

MUSC Community Physicians in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations, work with modern imaging technology, and support patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

As part of South Carolina’s leading academic health system, you’ll ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while maintaining equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic (X-ray) examinations.
• Operate portable X-ray equipment as needed.
• Inspect and maintain imaging equipment and supplies to ensure proper function.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with safely lifting, positioning, and transporting patients when needed.
