FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Naples, FL is hiring a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our North Naples clinic. Join an experienced, supportive team with mentorship and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or eligibility) required.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehab and a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait activities, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals.
• Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience.
