Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll support licensed therapists by carrying out treatment plans, guiding exercises, and helping patients regain strength, mobility and pain relief in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (associates degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance, gait, and functional mobility
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist
• Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
