Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in North Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our North Naples clinic. This role offers mentorship for new graduates, growth opportunities, and a team focused on individualized patient care.

Expect an average of about 12 patients per day with 40-minute one-on-one sessions, AI-assisted documentation, and modern treatment equipment. Competitive compensation includes a generous sign-on bonus and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training.
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention.

• Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology.
