Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligibility as PTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment per established plan directed by PT.
• Progress patients through treatment levels within capability.
• Consult with supervising PT on progress and changes.
• Document treatment and patient interactions per CORA policy.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family and rehab team.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
• Check in with team to support clinic operations.
