Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support outpatient clinics across multiple locations. You’ll provide PT services under supervision, progress patients through treatment levels, and collaborate with a supportive rehabilitation team in a patient-centered environment.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to 5,000 dollars for eligible locations, flexible schedules, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a pathway from PTA to DPT.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a PTA.
• New grads welcome and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to patients under supervision per established plan.
• Progress patients safely through treatment levels within capabilities.
• Consult with supervising PT regarding progress or changes in condition.
• Document treatment and patient interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Maintain effective communication with patient, family, and rehabilitation team.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
