Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time outpatient position in Southern California. Join a team focused on high-quality rehab in SNF and long-term care settings, with competitive hourly pay and strong clinical support.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist with patient selection, coordinate with PT for evaluation, maintain documentation, and ensure physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
