South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time Outpatient role in California. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, support patient evaluations, and help coordinate care with the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
