Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist; follow state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Obtain and keep up-to-date all physician orders.
