Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant on a full-time basis to join our growing team in Southern California.

You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT, support patient evaluations, document care in accordance with regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are current.
